Chris Brown Enters Rehab for Anger Management

Chris Brown has just entered a rehab facility for anger management issues as he is close to a possible prison sentence. His attorney, Mark Geragos, just dropped him off at a facility in Malibu.

The L.A. County probation department is going full bore in its investigation to determine if Brown violated his probation in the Rihanna case by getting arrested in D.C. over the weekend after allegedly punching a guy in the nose.

Sources say, Brown flew to L.A. after getting released from the D.C. jail and met with L.A. County Probation Department officials today. It’s likely the Probation Department will determine that Brown violated his probation, and a judge could sentence him to as much as 4 years in prison.

The twerking pop star Miley Cyrus took to Twitter on Tuesday and shared a couple of pictures in which she tries out new (fake) hairstyles.

In the first photo, Cyrus goes with long locks that call to mind her “Hannah Montana” past, while her second pic features a striking purple cut with bangs.

PSY’s Popularity Continues to Grow

PSY just gets bigger and bigger. The multi-platinum pop superstar’s music video for “Gentleman” is currently YouTube‘s “Most-Viewed” music video of 2013 with over 572 million views.

And if that’s not impressive enough on its own, in addition, the music video is ranked number 7 on YouTube’s all-time most-viewed videos list. It’s on track to hit 600 million by the end of the year, and as a result will become number 5 of all-time.

Pretty impressive for a dude who shot into the spotlight just one year ago with “Gangnam Style” - sparking a new dance craze and a slew of parodies.

2013 is definitely working out well for the South Korean singer—he’s up for three of the top awards at the very first annual YouTube Music Awards, broadcasting live on YouTube Sunday Nov. 3. PSY’s entered in the premier categories of “Artist of the Year”, “Video of the Year” for “Gentleman,” and “YouTube Phenomenon” for “Gangnam Style.”

Anyone waiting for the Jonas Brothers to reschedule their canceled tour dates should go get their refunds now.

Kevin, Nick, and Joe are going their separate ways. Kevin said, “It’s over for now,” and that it was a unanimous decision. Nick said, “It’s really hard to say ‘forever,’” adding, “We’re closing a chapter, for sure.”

Three weeks ago, the guys cited a “deep rift” in the group when they axed their 19-date tour. There is still no word yet on the status of their album V, which was expected to be released later this year.

Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories Deluxe Set

Daft Punk fans will soon be able to lose themselves in a new deluxe edition of the electro-dance duo’s latest album, Random Access Memories.

The box set is scheduled to start shipping in early December, and will cost $275. But fans should get plenty of bang for their buck. The collection includes Random Access Memories on two 180-gram vinyl LPs with gold and silver-foil labels, a ten-inch vinyl record featuring an interview with legendary producer Giorgio Moroder, and a pair of gold and silver-plated USB drives loaded with high-res audio files of the new songs, bonus tracks, and music videos.

And keeping with the group’s robot theme, they’ve also included a series of schematics detailing their iconic helmets.

Miley Cyrus To Go on Tour in 2014

Miley Cyrus is set to take her twerking teddy bears on the road in 2014. The singer made a cameo appearance on this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” to break the news.

The 20-year-old has yet to announce any of the tour dates for the upcoming tour. Her site notes that further details are coming soon. The tour in support of Bangerz will be Miley’s first since the “Best of Both Worlds” in 2007, when she played her Disney character Hannah Montana.

Based on her recent live performances, we can only imagine what this tour will be like.

Chris Brown Arrested for Felony Assault

Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. early Sunday morning for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel.

Law enforcement sources say that Brown got into an argument with two men after they jumped in a photo being taken with a fan outside the W Hotel on K Street. Brown then allegedly punched one of them men in the face. Sources say Chris and the alleged victim did NOT know each other. Chris was with his bodyguard, who was also reportedly arrested.

Brown is currently in custody and is still on probation in the Rihanna beating case and this could be grounds for violating his probation — which means he could be sentenced to prison for nearly 4 years… worst case scenario for him.
