Nick Jonas is being linked to a new woman - former Miss USA and Miss Universe Olivia Culpo. 

The two were spotted together at a New York restaurant, Ovest Pizzoteca, last Thursday. Neither Jonas nor Culpo have commented on a potential relationship, but the restaurant has confirmed that they were present that night. 

An eye witness is telling the site that the two appeared to be on a date and left walking hand-in-hand.  Apparently they were standing outside the restaurant holding hands, but stopped after being spotted by some fans. 

Nick and Olivia met earlier this year when the singer co-hosted the 2013 Miss USA pageant, which Olivia was attending to crown to new winner.
