The debut album from Ariana Grande has topped the album charts this week. 

The Nickelodeon actress-turned-singer clinched the number one spot on the Billboard after selling  138,000 copies of Yours Truly in the album’s first week out. 

Ariana’s strong start makes her the first female artist since 2010 to see her first album debut at number one.  The last woman to do so was Ke$ha with Animal.  ”Billboard” notes that 78% of Ariana’s album sales this week were digital.  

Yours Truly includes the singer’s hit single “The Way,” featuring Mac Miller, “Baby I”, and her latest “Right There” featuring “Big Sean”.
