Todays news about Justin Bieber is lighter than it has been lately.

Its not that he has collapsed onstage, canceled a concert, attacked a paparazzo, or been banned from a club, but simply that the 19-year-old has cut his hair. Thats right, the Biebs has a new do.

The “Boyfriend” singers new look features a partially shaved head, just like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus have both worn in recent years, and somewhat reminiscent of that totally awesome style icon, Mike Score of A Flock of Seagulls, back in the 80s.

Its edgier than the sideswept locks he sported when he first hit the scene as a teeny bopper, and s a lot less polished (read: gelled) than the super-styled coif hes worn lately.
