A judge is ordering rapper Kanye West to stay at least ten yards away from the photographer he’s accused of attacking at LAX airport over the summer. 

Ahead of a scheduled Thursday arraignment, prosecutors also requested an order for the rapper to attend anger management classes but the judge turned them down. 

The judge did grant a request from Kanye’s attorney, Blair Berk, for prosecutors to turn over all the information they have in their case against the rapper.  

West was charged last month with battery and attempted grand theft for the July 10th incident, which was caught on video.  Ramos has also filed suit against West.
