A week after being hospitalized following a seizure, Lil Wayne’s getting back to business.

The rapper released a video on Wednesday, which thanked his fans for their support. “I just want to say thank you to all y’all for y’all prayers and concerns and all that,” he said in a video clip. ”I swear to God I felt that love when I was laid up in that m*****f****n’  hospital bed. I want all y’all to know that I’m good … more than good.”

Intermittently eating a red lollipop, the New Orleans artist also snuck in a few updates. For starters, his album, “I Am Not a Human Being II,” is still arriving March 26.

And then there’s also the matter of his upcoming tour, “America’s Most Wanted,” which he said he’ll conduct “with some of my closest friends in the game.”

After a brief address from T.I., who promoted a July 5 performance, Weezy reiterated how thankful he was for the concern over his health.

“I’m more than good, but thank you to all y’all out there,” he said. “I’m more than good, I swear to God.”
