One Direction is sparking controversy over some photos that have surfaced of members Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson smoking what some suggest may be marijuana. 

Paparazzi snapped the photos of Zayn and Louis on board a million-dollar yacht in Miami earlier this week.  The British boy band was enjoying its final days of vacation before kicking off the U.S. leg of their tour in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday night. 

The photos show 20-year-old Zayn shirtless on the yacht in the midst of lighting up what looks like a hand-rolled cigarette.  Louis is shown seated just below him, while the group’s other members don’t appear to be near the two at the time.
