Mariah is taking back the previously announced July 23rd release date for her upcoming album.  On Monday night, the singer tweeted her 11 million followers explaining that the album would not be ready to hit stores in a month’s time, as scheduled. 

She writes that she’s been “so immersed in the creative process,” and feels that she wouldn’t be “doing it justice” to rush the release, which will be the eleventh studio album of her career.

Abercrombie & Fitch is discontinuing a shirt line after upsetting Taylor Swift fans.  According to “E News,” the fashion retailers decided to pull a t-shirt that supposedly referenced the country star and her much-talked-about love life. 

The phrase on the shirts in question read “#more boyfriends than t.s.”  Many fans were reportedly offended by the phrase and started voicing their complaints to the store, even launching a Change.org petition to kick start a fan campaign.
