A concert worker says he’s physically disabled right now and it’s all Akon’s fault because the singer allegedly stage dove right on top of the guy, causing him permanent injury.

A man named Matthew Graham has filed a lawsuit against the singer, claiming he was working Akon’s show at BayFest music festival in Alabama back in 2009, when Akon “negligently or wantonly leapt into the overcrowded mass of concertgoers” and struck him.

Bruno Mars is taking his show on the road.  He has announced dates for his “Moonshine Jungle World Tour” with pop singer Ellie Goulding.

The trek is scheduled to kick off June 22nd in Washington, D.C.  Mars will wrap the North American leg of the outing on September 1st in San Juan, Puerto Rico before heading overseas to Europe. 

The show is expected to include draw on hits from Brunos albums Doo Wops & Hooligans and the recently released Unorthodox Jukebox.

The next PlayStation will arrive this holiday season. At an event in New York on Wednesday, Sony unveiled exactly what it meant by “the future” of the PlayStation brand.
