Singer Robin Thicke has the number one single in the country right now and he thinks that a little three-year-old has something to do with it.

Naturally, he’s talking about his son, Julian Fuego!

Robin says that “he’s obviously the best thing that’s ever happened to me. He’s my good luck charm.”

The 36 year-old also is up for three MTV Video Music Awards for his “Blurred Lines” video, and he says that his son already is hoping to follow in his footsteps.

“He’s 3 and wants to be a rock star! He’’s always talking about hooking up with the band. He tells me he’s going to New York and ‘They’re going to pay me, Daddy!’ It’s cute and adorable,” he says. “He can get down. I groove. I wouldn’t insult dancers by saying I’m dancing. I call myself a groove man.”
