Simon Cowell’s days as a single guy are coming to an end!

The notoriously cranky “X Factor” judge, who seemed destined to be a perennial bachelor, has hinted that he will marry gal-pal, Lauren Silverman, before their baby arrives.

"Let’s put it this way, I wouldn’t expect her to be a single mother," the 53-year-old lovestruck star, who has been uncharacteristically mushy and sweet about his relationship, said when asked about the "M" word.

While Cowell seems excited about fatherhood, he definitely maintains an old-fashioned relationship sensibility when it comes to the delivery of his firstborn, who will be born in London or New York (though he prefers England to America and wants the child to have a British accent.
